Jalila El Ofir, founder of Luxury Touch Consulting, graduated from prestigious schools in Paris & London, is a visionary force in luxury hospitality, transforming brand aspirations into vibrant realities. Jalila’s dynamic expertise and bold approach to innovation, strategy, and operational brilliance have set new standards in the hospitality industry.
With over 20 years in the luxury space, Jalila’s career has encompassed a wide range of experiences. From concept creation to meticulous operational oversight as executive director, she has shaped iconic properties, including her role with La Mamounia, where she expanded the brand’s legendary culture around the world. Standout achievements include the launching of Selman with its first Chenot SPA, unique in Morocco, and the opening of Delano Marrakech, 2nd in the world after the iconic Delano Miami with Morgans Hotel Group. Jalila’s experience gives her a unique, guest-centered perspective.
